Cadets will continue to participate in their level proficiency training. New recruits welcome.

              1825 - 2115 For NON - NCO's


What: Cadets are to arrive in their appropriate sports gear along with a water bottle etx.
 

Dress - Cadets are to arrive in appropriate sports gear to the 525 LHQ. Cadets will be participating in the mandatory physical fitness assessment, followed by squadron sports.
