 Activity: YVR Airport / Air Canada Tour
Who: First 20 cadets to sign up Where: YVR Airport / Air Canada Hangar. Email will be sent out of exact meeting location. When: Saturday, February 29, 2020, 10 am – 4pm (end time could change. You will be notified prior). Bring: Wear C1’s, Bagged Lunch, Water Bottle OIC: Lt Khan, Erica Description 20 Cadets will get the opportunity to see the portions of the Air Canada Building, Simulator, Control Tower and much more. Cadets are required to be dropped off and picked up by parents. If parents cannot provide transportation, take skytrain to Sea Island Centre Skytrain. Cadets are required to wear C1s and pack a bagged lunch. LUNCH WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. If you have already seen the Air Canada Building and Control Tower, I ask that you do not sign up and give the opportunity to other cadets. Questions can be directed to the OIC. The training will consist of three courses. Junior for all Level 2 cadets, Senior for all Level 3 cadets, Instructor for all Level 4 cadets and PRO-D for all Level 5 cadets that are not staffing. This is mandatory for all Level 2,3,4 and 5 cadets. Please sign-up on the sign-up board. Course cadets are to arrive on Friday at 2000hrs and be picked up at 1500hrs on Monday. Kit lists and permission forms will be handed out on the start of February.
