Cadets will be picked up by parents at the ferry terminal, on 22 March, at 1700h.
The group will travel as ferry foot passengers to Nanaimo, and then by chartered bus to Comox.
All personnel will be staying in barrack-style accommodations, and will take all meals at the Combined Mess Hall on base. The group will also have the opportunity to go swimming on the evening of the 21st. Cadets will conduct all travel in full uniform, and must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Due to government funding restrictions, food and transportation costs will need to be funded by the cadets personally. The cost of this trip is $115 per person, payable by cheque to 525 Royal Canadian Air Cadets.
Cadets must bring money to buy dinner on the Ferry, and may also want to buy souvenirs at the Museum gift shop.
