WARNING ORDER – 525 RCACS ANNUAL CEREMONIAL REVIEW– 28 May 2019
 
1. What:
The Annual Ceremonial Review (ACR) is the most important event of the Air Cadet training year.  This mandatory event is the opportunity for the cadets to display what they have learned over the past training year to their families and assembled guests.  It is also the opportunity for the Squadron to honour deserving cadets by presenting them with various awards.
 
2. Who:
All events listed below are MANDATORY for all cadets.
 
3. When:     
Tuesday May 14 2019                       1830 – 2130hrs (6:30pm-9:30pm)
  Tuesday May 21 2019                       1830 – 2130hrs (6:30pm – 9:30pm)
  Tuesday May 28 2019                       1645 – 2130hrs (4:45pm – 9:30pm)

4. Where:     
 St Anthony’s School – 595 Keith Road, West Vancouver
 
5. Dress:
May 14th – Civilian attire. Cadets are asked to arrive in civilian attire to bring all their uniform parts on hangers and in bags with them.
 
May 21st – Summer Dress.
 
May 28th - Cadets are asked to arrive in civilian attire to bring all their uniform parts on hangers and in bags with them. Cadets will change into uniform before parade. Females should have their hair done before arrival.
 
6. Bring:
Cadets should eat a healthy dinner prior to arriving Tuesday afternoon on May 28th. See Kit list for detailed instructions. All uniform parts should be labelled with cadet’s last name.
 
7. Other:
Family members and guests are invited to arrive at 1900hrs to be seated for a 1930hrs parade start. 
 
8. Information:
After the Reviewing Party has viewed the displays, there will be a light reception available. The reception is being provided by the Sponsoring Committee and is free to those attending.
